CREATIVITY THAT CONNECTS. ART THAT GIVES BACK.

Creativity Impact Collective, LLC

Submission guidelines & permission

Version October 29, 2026. These guidelines apply to introductions, photos, music, and video submitted to the collective’s website.

Keep ownership of your work

You retain the rights you hold in your work. Submitting a file does not transfer copyright to the collective and does not put the work up for sale.

What you give permission for

When you confirm permission and submit, you give Creativity Impact Collective, LLC nonexclusive permission to store, review, and technically reproduce your submission to operate this website and its private review process. If administrators approve your profile and media, this permission also covers displaying or playing the approved work, with your submitted artist name and description, in this website’s public gallery.

This permission does not authorize selling, sublicensing, or using the work in unrelated advertising. Any sale arrangement or additional promotional use must be agreed separately.

Submit only work you may share

Confirm that you own the work or have permission from the people who control the rights needed for this use. This includes music compositions, recordings, images, video footage, and material incorporated into a larger work. Obtain any permissions needed from identifiable people appearing in your submission. Do not upload someone else’s work merely because it is available online.

Review before publication

All profiles and media start in a private review queue. Administrators may approve a submission, request changes, or keep it unpublished. Approval does not guarantee a sale, exhibition, response time, or payment. Review notes and messages remain within the vendor portal.

File formats and descriptions

Photos: JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 10 MB. Music: MP3, WAV, or M4A; video: MP4 or WebM, up to 20 MB. Give each file a useful title and description. For audio and video, include a short written summary or transcript where possible. Preview your work before submitting and keep a separate original copy.

Corrections, withdrawal, and concerns

Use the private portal or hotrodjnky@gmail.com to request corrections or withdrawal. To report a rights concern, include the page or work title, your contact information, and an explanation of the issue. Withdrawal from the website does not remove copies visitors may have saved while the work was public.

Selling is a separate step

Online checkout is not open. Before any work is offered for purchase, its sale terms, pricing, fulfillment, returns, artist payout arrangements, and charity participation must be agreed. The planned eligible-sale split is 60% artist, 20% collective, and 20% approved charity, based on the artwork price excluding separately stated taxes and shipping.
